Can't Start New Radio Stations

I have been on Spotify Student Premium for a while now and have been making radio stations based on my playlists. However, recently I have not been able to find the button for making new radio stations even after scouring the desktop and smartphone app. I can access the ones I made before, but I can't make any new ones, is this part of some update?

I'm having the same issue. I fail to understand why Spotify consistently insists upon downplaying the only features that make the premium subscription worth paying for today; Especially in the face of multiple competitors encroaching on their market share. Please just let me use the radio features and stop **bleep**ing with it to make it more accesible to advertisers or whatever other reason you have for constantly changing it and making things more difficult to use.
