Hi DevTeamUniguest,

Thanks to the Web Playback SDK it should be feasible to add a WebView to a WPF app and control Spotify with it. You can embed Chromium in your WPF app with https://cefsharp.github.io/

For general Spotify API consumption, you can use https://github.com/JohnnyCrazy/SpotifyAPI-NET for a C# Spotify client library.
