Certain Songs Not Available In My Country When They Are.

Certain songs are greyed out in Spotify for me when they should not be. For example https://open.spotify.com/track/37AqT7uMhE3Fu8iqYDHa18?si=plYEyLz8RzioMdYp_uR7Kw is greyed out but I have bought the song on Play Music and it is avadible in South Africa else how could I of bought it.

There are many other tracks that are avaidible in South Africa but I cannot play only on Spotify but on Play Music, Deezer, YouTube they play without problem?
