Local Files issue

Hey, I got one Question.

I got Spotify on my Mac/Iphone/PC

I use Mac OS for adding Local Songs and it works great for Iphone.

But at the Spotify App on Windows, they‘re greyed out and unavaliable.

Is this normal? Do I have to use Web Version on PC ?

Well I know all these Infos.

I need to know if it is possible that Spotify also sync to another PC or only to mobile.
