My Question or Issue

I've tried to install spotify but the installation app doesn't work, just an image with an error appears.

This issue might be happening because of special characters in computer's username.

Try this:

1. Create a folder on C:\ drive (outside the Users folder)

2. Download the full installer and place it into that folder.

3. Run it.

You can try running that installer with administrator rights too, by richt-clicking on the installer and selecting "Run as Administrator".
