    <description>&lt;P&gt;Install Spotify&amp;nbsp;via the Microsoft App store, I was having issues with the installer I downloaded from Spotify's website but the Microsoft App worked for me and is the exact same thing as what you&amp;nbsp;download from Spotify's website.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 8.1, 64bit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SpotifySetup.exe does not launch. After clicking it, the process immediately shuts down, as observed by me several times. No window opens. No process launches subsequently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already tried :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- launching as an administrator&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- launching in safe mode with network connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- both in combination&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to solve this issue? All other applications work perfectly fine.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
