spotify setup not working

I downloaded the setup file to install spotify on my computer, but the computer is not responding when I run the setup file.

Note: I tried to run it as an administrator, I turned off antivirus programs and windows defender, still no reaction

os: windows 8.1 single language

I got the same problem ( SpotifyInstaller stopped working ), I downloaded a previous version and I cant log in because I use my FB account and in apast version doesn't work. I don't know what I'll do but it isn't problem of my computer, it happens in my work computer too.

I have that same problem. I'm using Windows 7. The installer does not work when I double-click SpotifyFullSetup.

You need to create a new temporary folder in C:\(outside the 'Users' folder), put there the installer file and run it from there.

The full installer could help too: http://download.spotify.com/SpotifyFullSetup.exe

(Make sure you're running the installer as Administrator → right-click and "Run as Administrator".)

Thanks, It doesnt worked if I run as adm, but work if I run with a adm mode
