Crossfade on Mobile Devices can be set by 1 to 12 seconds

Crossfade on Desktop App can also be set by 1 to 12 seconds, but runs with miliseconds also. So the crossfade can be anything between 1,0 to 1,999 if it´s set on 1 second, depending on where on the slider the selection is set. And as a user you don´t know what it is - it just say "1 second" on the slider.

There is absolutely no reason from my point of view to offer crossfade with 3 decimals and to not have the same setting between devices. I often use music for workouts (the energy for the single intervals are important) but when playing the music on different devices it just don´t match. If I have 15 songs it might be a difference on 15 x 0,999 seconds and my last intervals will then begin with my recovery music.

Please fix this 🙂

to see crossfade setting on desktop app, go to:

"C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spotify\Users\SPOTIFYUSERNAME-user\prefs" and open the file with the editor. There you'll see your exact value!

/B
