But after the installing process, the app would not pop-up as before. And even if I went to the file location and click the icon, nothing happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The webplayer is also not working. It either skips the song, or play the song for a couple seconds and stop. Webplayer also shows this error window.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Remove Spotify&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Log in your account page online and click "Sign Out Everywhere"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Run a registry&amp;nbsp;fix software on your system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;C&lt;SPAN&gt;lear cache and cookies on your browser&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;5. Run a cleaner software on your PC&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;6.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried but it didnt really help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the desktop still could not be launched after reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I notice that the webplayer is showing that there is some problem with the playback.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22487293"&gt;@BERLINKSI94&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry the steps didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you mantioned a playback issue is accuring, please check &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/spotify-system-requirements/" target="_self"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; System Requirements article page to see that you're using the right up to date OS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest checking that all audio drivers/system drivers and devices are up to date before trying moving forward as this might cause Spotify from working proparly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waiting on your update=)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
