Desktop Overlay does not even work enabled

My Question or Issue

Hello, my problem is the Desktop Overlay, i want to know why it does not work, the option is checked but when i tap hotkeys nothing happens.

I see streams on twitch.com and many channels can pause or increase volume while playing (desktop overlay pops up) and this can change all my spotify's experience.

My spotify was downloaded from Windows Store but not even .EXE from spotify's site it worked.

How long has this issue been going on fot? Did it start happening after an app or OS update? Did this work for you well in the past or has it never worked?

If you haven't already given it a go, try a clean reinstall to see if it helps.

I bought the pc recently. I communicated to spotify brazil's help on twitter but did not solve my problem. I already reinstalled but nothing has change.
