[Windows 10] Cannot Shuffle

My Question or Issue

This just started today: I open one of my playlists, and press the big green play button. The shuffle play button doesn't seem to exist anymore. When I play the playlist, it plays only in the order the songs exist in the playlist. If the playlist is sorted by song name, then the play queue shows them in that order; if the playlist is sorted by artist, then that's how they appear in the play queue. I have tried this with the green shuffle arrows on and off before selecting the playlist, and also with switching the arrows on and off while the playlist is in the play queue.

It's pretty useless to have long playlists if you can only play them in order.

I've had many instances of random shuffle issues in the past, but over time these seem to have gone away. But it's disturbing that over the years, Spotify can't do a decent job implementing Shuffle Play. It's not brain surgery! I'm pretty well done with this nonsense.

Oh yes, and my username above is wrong. It should be digitboy100, but when I login, it shows me logged in as e1l_5rlfq-jjt. More Spotify garbage.
