Windows - Spotify window isn't going full screen

This has been annoying me for quite some time but when I maximise Spotify the horizontal resize icon still shows when scrolling down.

The horizontal resize icon shouldn't be shown when the window is maximised right? Also it doesn't happen on all screens.

Windows 7 sp1 64 bit.

As you can see the window is maximized but the horizontal cursor is still showing

Just noticed that it only happeneds on light background pages, dark ones are fine
