Playlists not syncing between devices

My playlists between my phone and windows 10 PC do not seem to sync. I have done some research and it seems as though this has been an issue for some users for quite some time how. How the heck has this not been fixed yet? Does anyone have a solution? If not, I think it might be time to switch to apple music. I find this extremely annoying.

Hey there @sg97,

thanks for posting in the community !

Sorry to hear you're having this issue, i'll try and do my best to help.

Please follow these steps on both devices:

- Click Settings

- Turn off the "Playback" feature

- Turn off "Enable hardware eccelaration" under the Compatibility section

After performing the 3 steps above, move both apps to "Offline Mode" for a 10-15 minutes.

Log back in on both devices and enable the two features we just disabled back on.

This steps should do the trick and have both devies proprely resync.

I have tried this and it does not work. This is unacceptable.
