My Question or Issue

After checking and saving the setting to turn of auto start, the program still starts when I turn on my computer. The forums say to turn off an additional setting that does not exist.

I have the same issue. So annoying. I actually removed the Spotify program from my computer because of this. There is an older post on Spotify Community from 2017 for the same issue, it says "disable In Advanced Settings, under Startup and Windows Behavior, turn off or disable "Allow Spotify to be opened from the web"." But "Allow Spotify to be opened form the web" is no longer an option that I see. I have, of course, selected "No" in advanced settings for "Open Spotify automatically after you log into the computer", but this doesn't work. And the "Allow Spotify to be opened from the web Yes/No" option is no longer shown in settings. I can't believe Spotify doesn't have anyone who we can directly ask to fix this issue especially for people who pay for Spotify.
