My Question or Issue

I used to be able to see what my friends were playing in real time. As of today I can no longer see them. The right hand section just states "See What Your Friends Are Playing" and there is a "Find Friends" button. I have removed and re installed the app. I have also contacted a couple of my firends to see if they switched to private and they have not. I have attached a screenshot to illustrate the issue. How can this be remedied?

This seems to be a known issue and it is under investigation. You can follow it here and vote for it so it catches more attention. I hope this will get fixed soon. Take care 🙂

Make sure you are following your friends by pressing the heart button on their profiles, and make sure to check on your mobile device as well.

I suggest contacting Spotify as well, or searching your problem
