I unistall and reinstall Spotify Desktop App 8 times in two hours and no change

It's not the web player who don't work, it's the desktop app 😕

There seems to be a workaround for this issue which is described here. I'd recommend you to give it a shot. I hope this will be fixed on Spotify's end in the long run. Have a nice day!
