My Question or Issue

can anyone help with this connect spotify desktop app to Facebook and Twitter, for some it doesnt want to or do it now, it used to

going to FB or Twitter apps I can't see a revoke or remove and app isn't there on either

All I have is a unavailible, , has FB and Twitter stopp aloowing access now ?

This is a really old Spotify client!

Unfortunately as it seems this version is no longer capable of functioning fully, you will need to update your client to follow these steps here to disconnect Facebook.

What version of Windows are you running? 🙂

My OS is XP SP3 and it is a xp desktop, I had tried to update it but it won;t let me.

I'm afraid I can't really help you with that issue.

Spotify and also Microsoft itself have stopped supporting XP a while ago. Spotify also stops supporting its old versions gradually - features get rebuilt and are thus no longer working in old clients due to different structures.

You can read Spotify's system requirements in this article.

Twitter app is no longer present as far as I know, same goes for most other apps I remember seeing in that version. Facebook is present, but it has rebuilt itself and no longer works in that version of Spotify.
