i dont know why but my spotify is looping every random 3 seconds of any song

yeah i tried uninstall and delete all caches and folder and still does it

Could you also try using the Remove Offline Devices and Sign Out Everywhere, probably resetting your password, from your Spotify account page to see if that helps?

Before performing the following steps please check if this issue happens on any of the other devices you're using.

Please make sure to check your Win update feature and have it check you PC for updates.

In addition, these kind of issues might be caused by outdated audio drivers so you might want to check them as well.
