Problemas con playlist

Al iniciar Spotify en el ordenador, bajo S.O. Windows, las playlist me aparecen vacías (tanto las mías, como las creadas por otros usuarios), pero al abrir la app en el smartphone, con S.O. Android, las mismas listas si aparecen con canciones.

Tengo el mismo error, reinstale la app de Spotify en mi pc y no tengo ninguna canción en mis listas, tampoco de otros creadores y ni las recomendadas por Spotify, tampoco puedo reproducir ninguna canción, a menos que sea en otro dispositivo. 😞

Could you let us know if this happens across devices and in the web player as well?

Also, could you send us a screenshot of what the other users see when they search for your account? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
