Trying to get support for Spotify on Garmin VA3M - Is this here?

Realise this is in the wrong place but I cannot post anywhere else!!

I have installed the Spotify App on Garmin VA3M. I have a Premium account (family).

On the watch I can see my PLaylists but as soon as I try to add one the watch hangs and does not sync the playlist.

Garmin Support have said that this is a Spotify Connection issue and referred me to Spotify Support.

Any information or suggestions please?

I see the same with a Fenix 5 Plus. Pretty useless having an app that won't allow you to sync. I hope that Spotify resolve this issue, for now I'm back to using Apple Music and ITunes.

I tried again a few days later with full reinstall of the app and a few (at least!) resets of the watch. It's not seamless but is working pretty well generally now.

No idea is this was a watch issue or a server side issue though..
