Playlist and favourite songs all gone, but still show up on phone

My Question or Issue

Lately when trying to open spotify it's been wigging out and trying to open half off my monitor which is making it instantly go into a non responsive state and never opens, the only way i have found to fix this it to run it in compatibility mode for windows 2000 which makes spotify go to the center of my screen again, i believe i could fix it if i could find the god damm file to edit the starting position for spotify like x 800 y 800.

Anyway last night i reinstalled spotify and copied**bleep** into my prefs file to try and get it to center but it didn't work so i ended up just installing it again to make sure nothing was wrong with the files, well when i logged in my favourite songs and playlists are both empty, when i search a song to start adding again it says it's already in my playlist, so i downloaded spotify on my phone and guess what, my playlist and favourite songs is working as normal on there? so why the **bleep** has it dissapeared on my pc? how do i get it back, i don't want to spend hours again adding songs.

Spotify web also shows all of my songs but it won't play any of them, nothing happens when i click play, everything works fine on my phone

Hi,

for Windows 10 Application:

I've got a similar problem. From one day to another, my favourite songs ("Lieblingssongs") list is empty, and i can't play them. But after opening spotify and click on favourite songs, it quickly shows all songs, an then displays the shown image. on my Android phone everything works.

Is there a solution for this problem?
