      <title>[Desktop] PC not playing, everything else does.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Italy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Win10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Since around early february, spotify has stopped working on my Desktop PC.&lt;BR /&gt;Neither the app, nor the online (browser) version work.&lt;BR /&gt;My account currently works normally both on my notebook and my Samsung S8+, and even on my Google Home device.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried connecting to another account from my Desktop PC, and I have the same issue:&lt;BR /&gt;The app opens normally, I get to login, and then when I click a song to play,&amp;nbsp;the track bar goes like in the picture. The album miniature doesn't show, and instead it shows a basic CD icon. The song doesn't start, but&amp;nbsp;in the meanwhile my other devices say that I'm currently playing&amp;nbsp;that song on my PC.&lt;BR /&gt;Exact same thing happens on my PC in the browser version, with any account logged in.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I've already tried:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-Reading both PC's troubleshoots&lt;BR /&gt;-Restarting my PC&lt;BR /&gt;-Uninstalling and reinstalling&lt;BR /&gt;-Uninstalling and installing using the offline package&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm currently paying for Premium, please help me!&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot to mention I already updated my windows, and the audio driver for my soundcard are up to date.&lt;BR /&gt;The problem persists.&lt;BR /&gt;Shouldn't I have other audio problems on my pc, if that was the case?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your answer and for your patience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22600218"&gt;@_Oxy&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for the quick update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This sounds a bit odd.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please try another small thing for me ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click "Settings" top right corner of you app screen, then scroll through it and cancel this three options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Hardware Acceleration&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Playback&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Autoplay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Close the Spotify app and restart it to see if it helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how you did &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_big_eyes:"&gt;😃&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
