My Question or Issue

Nothing on my desktop spotify will play, it shows blank when I play and it wont start playing. Everything on my phone will work fine (android) but on desktop nothing works

I tried uninstalling and resinstalling and tried my other account too. Same issue. Playlists wont add songs, It says they have been added then when I re load nothing is there. No idea what to do
