    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3939510"&gt;@Grammatic&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for posting in the community !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's probably not the reason for this to happen but can you try and log in to the same account on different devices to see if the account works?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're able to use the account on different devices, that puts us in the understanding that this is a system issue on your PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please have you WIN update run to provide new updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition, it might be a good idea to check that your firewall and anti-virus protection aren't blocking Spotify from it to work properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waiting on your update &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_big_eyes:"&gt;😃&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Free,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Netherlands&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10 Home&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;On my laptop I have this issue where the program doesnt seem to be loading up properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the result:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="spot.jpg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.spotify.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/99972i1F430516708A476D/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="spot.jpg" alt="spot.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its not working at all, and removing/reinstalling seems to work one time and then it will go back to this black screen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did all the steps you provided.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account works fine on different devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows is up-to-date, and did not change the situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also turned off my firewall and restarted Spotify, but it did not change anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
