&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Let's try a couple of things. First, &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_self"&gt;reinstall the apps&lt;/A&gt; on both devices. Keep in mind that all offline music needs to be re-downloaded for offline use. Then, double-check again that all devices are on the same WiFi network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If that doesn't work, make sure that:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All devices’ software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices' manufacturers for how to update the version software. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If possible, try switching between different networks and see if that helps. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try using mobile hotspot to connect the devices to the same network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; If there's too many local files, try with just a few, create a test playlist with a couple of local tracks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
