Local Files do not lock / sync with corresponding Spotify files

I have attempted to post this but was marked as spam. Here is the issue in full detail:

Ultimately, the issue is:

Synced local files are working fine on my Desktop AND Phone in some cases, but in other cases they are ONLY working on my Desktop.

Please help!

Commenting on yours as well, to cross reference the two issues, which could be similar/bug-related issues.

Basically, my issue, will only see certain albums, no matter what I do.

If some one cannot fix this, I will be cancelling my Spotify Subscription since it seems incapable of being able to handle Local Files.
