Computer won't download files from other computer

My Question or Issue

I have songs on a laptop that I uploaded to spotify. I managed to get them to my iphone (which was stupidly complex by the way) but I want to listen to them while playing games so I want them on my other computer as well. I have done everything to be able to get them to download. I've made sure that both devices are on the same wifi, that the device I want to download to is not blocked by my anti-virus and it just gets stuck at "waiting" when I hit the download button. Honestly the fact that it takes this much effort to listen to music is that I have is ridiculous. Google play lets you upload it one time, and then it's availble to all your devices without having to download it to every device. Isn't that the whole point of streaming?

Hi @navyassassin

Copying songs like that is only available from PC to mobile device. You can't copy between 2 computers, unfortunately.
