The Desktop Windows spotify and the web app do not play some songs.

Hello, I have a Premium account and I'm from Switzerland. I have a problem with spotify on desktop windows and on the web app. Some songs can not be played and some do. The picture of the song does not appear either, as you may see in the screenshot.

The same problem does not appear when I use the android app.

Are these files by any chance local files on your computer? And be sure to clear your browser cache/cookies to see if that helps. ^^

Thanks for the reply. No, they are songs on Spotify, the weird thing is that some songs works and some not. I will try clearing cookie/cache and fresh reinstall the desktop app. An example of song i looked for is Cooler than me-Lucky Luke, it does not play neither on the web app nor on the desktop app, but it does on the android app.

I fresh reinstalled the desktop app and cleared cookies/cache of my broswer, but the problem remains...

I solved! I tried to use the same method used for some other problem i found here https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Playlists-appear-empty-on-desktop-app/idc-p/4680504/highlight/true#M83646

and it worked.
