Where is the search bar?

My Question or Issue

Until yesterday there was an always visible search bar at the top of the Spotify windows, next to the forward- and backward buttons. This morning it was gone.

The only way os searching seems to be I have to go to the left and press search, wait 2-3s before the whole window is covered with a fresh search window and than search I can perform a search, if my search wasnt what I was looking for I have to repeat the steps and start over which takes long time and to many mouse clicks.

This is most annoying.
How do I get the always visible search bar back?

At Spotify they’re often testing and launching improvements and new features. During those tests you may see something on the app your friend doesn’t, or get a new feature for only a temporary period.

Also, make sure you don't miss a thing by enabling automatic updates on your device.
