Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That doesn't look cool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this happen in Google Chrome only? Could you check if that happens in other browsers as well? And have you set up a firewall or something like this that could block your connection to the web player?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes! ^^&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peace&lt;/P&gt;</description>
