Songs refusing to play on windows

Windows 10, using the spotify download (not the app)

My Question or Issue

The spotify player seems to bug out whenever I try to play a song not in my playlist. Or if I then add the song on my playlist from my phone (android 9) it doesn't even show up on the playlist on my pc. It is definitely the same account that i'm logged into, and so far the only fix I find is reinstalling spotify, but thats not really an option to do every couple of days. I've attached a pic of what shows up when I try to play such songs.

having same issue here.
some song won't play on my spotify app (download and microsoft store). also some of my playlist only showing several song out off all songs in that playlist.
