Impossible to play new music just has released on Windows only

My Question or Issue

It's simple ! (sorry for my bad english i do my best)

When i save a new music just released on my phone i can listen to this music but if i go in my library on my pc the music does not appear and if i search this music and play it, it's not working the music does not start :(( help me please beacause if i want to fix it i have to uninstall spotify and re-install it 😞 it's really boring me
