Sound keeps repeating even after deletion

Ok so I was listening to my playlist of songs then I fell asleep but I woke up to my mom asking me to help her with something so while my song is still playing I shut down my computer, after I turn it back on later it continously keeps repeating a sound from one of my songs over and over again non stop. I tried turning on and off my computer and when I tried to delete it it still kept playing, I tried to reinstall it and play a sng to hopefully stop the sound but it keeps going on and it wont let me reinstall. Each time I try to reinstall the installer keeps getting corrupt, I tried everything that I could think of, I am in need of major help
