    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried the solutions from the link, but also they didn`t work. Really strange. It can`t be because of the network, because it is working on the notebook from my girlfriend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I saw that I have the same issue on every browser, Chrome, Edge and Firefox. All browsers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;I bought me a new notebook with Windows 10 and wanted to play music from the webplayer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;But it always appeared "oops, something went wrong". I tried it with many browsers:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Chrome, Edge and Firefox. All have the same problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;I went to Developer tools and found following error text.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;How can I fix this, anybody can help?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Thanks so much.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;It said:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Attached a screenshot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
