Webplayer not working, 401 error - Failed to load Resource

Hello,

I bought me a new notebook with Windows 10 and wanted to play music from the webplayer.

But it always appeared "oops, something went wrong". I tried it with many browsers:

Chrome, Edge and Firefox. All have the same problem.

I went to Developer tools and found following error text.

How can I fix this, anybody can help?

It said:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401.

I tried the solutions from the link, but also they didn`t work. Really strange. It can`t be because of the network, because it is working on the notebook from my girlfriend.

Also I saw that I have the same issue on every browser, Chrome, Edge and Firefox. All browsers.

Any other solution?

Are you able to download and install Spotify? That might work and it could be a suitable solution for you. ^^
