Local files still wont work

My local files still wont play only 1 song is available from the whole album

I also have an Iphone app which also shows the same availability

I have my local files authorised in settings

I have reinstalled both apps on pc and phone

I have checked firewall on bitdefender and on windos defender

I have redownloaded the songs from the source which is all legitimate

I have moved and named a file in different location

still doesnt work what else can I do?

That's odd!

What format are the files in? Also, if they have any kind of copyright protection (iTunes files might have DRM-protection), you'll need to install (or update) Quicktime for them to work.

The files are MP3 format
And I had them
Working before on my other computer

so now they are showing up in the seperate local files section but still greyed out in songs
