My Question or Issue

there is a lot of chinese song that i cant play. The color of the name of the song is grey instead of white and the song would never load and most of the song in my daily mix are like this so like for exemple today i only had one song i could actually listen to all of the other ones were not available to me

That's not cool. My first suggestion is that you reinstall the app.

Also, does it happen also with your mobile app?
