My Question or Issue

After patching my Spotify Desktop App for Windows Yesterday, my app didn't launch again. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing change. And there is nothing about spotify on Windows process.

Double click on icon to launch spotify but nothing happens

I am having the same probelm. All of the sudden it tells me Spotify is incompatible.

Hi, I had same issue and been at this for hours trying fix but now managed to resolve, main issue was could not uninstall eveything via usual pc control panel method so I installeed an app called Geek uninstaller which is free, this removed everything including the corrupt file whatever was the problem, I then re-installed via the spotify web site and now works better than ever and much quicker to launch than before when it was working. There are other uninstaller apps to choose from but this one worked for me. Best wishes, Colin
