My Question or Issue

Hi,

When I open Spotify on my phone, under connect, I can see my phone and my amazon alexa. If I am playing a song on my phone and press the alexa, it plays from it and my phone becomes a remote basically. However, when I open spotify on my laptop, nothing shows up under connect, and I can play music on my laptop at the same time as my phone or alexa. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it worked. It showed up on my phone with my alexa and my phone and alexa showed up on the laptop. However, I went to sleep and the next day, the issue was back. I tried reinstalling again, it worked for a bit and then broke again. I did it 5 times and I cant find an answer online.
