Trouble using app on multiple wifi networks

My Question or Issue

Hi, I'm having trouble using the app on multiple wifi networks. If I arrive at our shop with Spotify already installed on my computer not only does the app not work, it causes a connection issue for the entire laptop. If I uninstall spotify, and restart computer my wifi connection is fine and will load any other page. When I go to the spotify website to reinstall, the page says the site/ server cannot be reached. i found I can get around it by disabling preloading web pages by diableing cookies.

This is proving to be inconvenient and unreliable as I work in multiple locatons and spotify is all I use for music. I'm also having a similar issue with my Macbook Pro.

Does anyone have a fix for this or any guidance?
