Hey @SleepyBrainiac, help's arrived.

We first suggest that you keep the app up-to-date. In this case, it's better if you reinstall the app, and remove all your offline devices through your account page. This means that you'll have to re-download any music you've downloaded for offline listening.

Let us know if that helps!

Plan

Premium

Country

USA

Device

Windows 8 Laptop

Operating System

Windows 8

My Question or Issue

My laptop won't download my playlist. It stays stuck on waiting for connections. When I download the very first spotify version, it downloads my playlist. Whenever I update it, it doesn't download the playlist anymore. My phone downloads my playlists just fine, but my laptop doesn't. My phone doesn't download the local files though, but they work on my laptop. I've had this problem for the past 2ish years and nothing has worked. The spotify I have now is version 1.1.5.153.gf614956d

@Jemi

When I put a song in a playlist, it doesn't download it. I made a test playlist and put one song on there and it never downloaded.
