    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10252629"&gt;@erivera1099&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for posting !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you mentioned reinstalling the app a few times i reccomend you remove and and run a Registry Cleaner on your PC to scan for issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This way, it'll remove "leftover" or bad installation paths which might help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition, please make sure your system and audio drivers are updated properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_big_eyes:"&gt;😃&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've tried deleting the program and installing it again, but the problem keeps happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on how I can fix it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
