Cannot Play Podcast | Crime Junkie

My Question or Issue

I am using Windows 10 Spotify App and I cannot get Crime Junkie to play. I click on the play button and nothing. I also cannot play My favorite Murder.

I have tried to play both through Spotify in Chrome. Same outcome.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Same outcome. Works fine on my phone but I need to be able to listen through my PC.

thanks for posting !

I've checked both Podcasts on my PC and they work fine and as you mention they also work on other devices that's a local issue with your PC.

Please check that the Spotify app you're using in updated and that your PC and audio drivers are as well.

I'd also recommend using this help page to clear cache and using a Registry Cleaner app of any sort to scan your PC for issues.
