My Question or Issue

When I copy the link to a song (with the intention of adding it to a playlist) the screen goes blank. I have done chat 2 times with agents. Uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times. Then restarted computer. Nothing is working. Same: copy song link, screen blank. Anyone else?

The same issue is happening to me as well, though only when I access Spotify on my (windows) laptop. You click on "add to playlist" and the screen goes blank for some reason. My Laptop hasn't/isn't due any updates and it doesn't seem to effect my account when I access Spotify through my Android device.

More an annoyance than anything but would be nice to get a solution.

Thank you for replying to my question. I don't use any other device besides
my pc (I'm kinda old, haha), so I'm stuck, unable to add to or create a new
playlist. never had this problem before and I've been a Spotify member for
about a year. If it doesn't resolve, there's no reason to keep my account.
I'm quite sure they'll pay themselves their 10$ tomorrow, though....

I'm also using spotify on my pc and can't add any song to any playlist, now that I read you here probably there's something wrong with spotify because I was freaking out, I thought it was my computer 😞

Thanks for your reply. I've been a Spotify member for about a year and have
had my fair share of issues with Spotify (repeated trouble logging in), but
never had this problem before. It's been about a week. I've chatted with 2
agents who weren't helpful. I am positive that Spotify is having a problem
& I wish they'd just be upfront about it. My subscription renews tomorrow;
I sure won't pay them for another month of this **bleep**. Going to cancel my
membership today and go with Amazon.
