Synchronization problems with windows application

Hi everyone, in this moment I have a issue with windows app. When a create a playlist on android app I see it on windows app but don't appear the songs into it. In general, all my android activity syncronized perfectly with web browser player but lack with windows app.

I tried to reinstall the aplicaction on windows and works fine with my actual lists and songs, but after installation don't sync my new activity on the android app.

Again, android app and web browser player works totally sync.

Right, I try to find some answers and finally I got the solution. "Simply go to your C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc directory, copy the hosts file to your desktop, open it with notepad, delete any entry having to do with spotify, save and replace the file in the directory above". I tried the above solution and it didn't solve the issue for me.

I added dozens of songs to playlists via desktop, but when I navigate to that playlist, 95% of those songs are not there. A random few are, with no rhyme or reason why those individual ones worked.

If I open the playlist on iOS, they populate.

Already reinstalled and tried solution above, no change.
