My Question or Issue

I recently created my Spotify community account looking to support new ideas within the community but when I try to 'Vote' in a thread it tells me

'Authentication failed for the action you are trying to do. This failure could be due to your browser not supporting JavaScript, JavaScript not being enabled, or trying to use the action URL directly in the browser address bar instead of clicking the link on the page.'

Could you try clearing your browsing history, and browser cache? If that doesn't help, could you try accessing the community using a different browser or incognito mode?

I have the same issue. I've tried doing this suggestion, but it did not work.

I tried via LTE on my iPhone using Chrome. It didn’t work.
