My Question or Issue

I am running Spotify on Windows 10, where I'm not able to see the songs favorited on my mobile device. But the songs favorited on the Windows app are reflected on my Android Device.

Hi @mrillusi0n,

Here is a bit of a long-winded list of steps you could try out to help everything sync up.

1.) Open Spotify on my Windows

2.) Open Spotify on my Android

3.) Make sure both are connected to internet (not in Offline Mode)

4.) On Windows Spotify, at the bottom right switch to listening from Windows to listening from Android

5.) From Android play one of the songs that wasn't showing up on your Windows.

6.) That song will be playing now on your Windows Spotify add this song (click the +), which should force it to sync everything up.

7.) From Windows Spotify, add the song playing (click the +), which will force it to sync everything up.

Hopefully this should do the trick!
