Spotify keeps trying to install when I start my computer, even though I already have it installed.

I have Spotify open whenever I start up my computer. However, for maybe a month or two now, the spotify installer keeps opening, along with my Spotify application. The installer will attempt to install spotify, even though I already have it installed, and it will always fail to install Spotify, and then allow me to close its window. This isn't a huge deal, because I can just close out the window, but its beggining to get exetremely annoying, and I want it stop. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, but that doesn't seem to help. I'm using windows 10.

Hi @RhyanHawghor, welcome to the Community!

It sounds like your Spotify is trying to install an update but it is not working for whatever reason. I would recommend trying a clean reinstall of Spotify.
