Spotify Connect Problem: Default to Random Song or Go Offline.

My Question or Issue

Everytime I try to use spotify connect from my phone to PC it will default the song from what I am listening to, to the same random song. Same happens in the web player.

Whats new is that all 3 instances of spotify (PC, Web and Mobile) can play their own songs as if they were in offline mode.

Trying to spotify connect from the PC to the Mobile makes the App state "No internet connection" if the connection still being okay.

I tried reinstalling Spotify on desktop, spotify on mobile. Clearing cache and logging all devices out and changing the password+email. (incase someone got onto my account).

Nothing worked so far.
