My Question or Issue

Hi My name is Chris, I hope someone can help.

For the past week, I noticed that when logging into my user on my Surface Book, my computer would just be black and unresponsive apart from Ctrl+Alt+Delete which would allow me to shut the computer down and look at Task Manager.

I managed to run Control Panel and Uninstalled Spotify (instruction given to me by our IT staff). After restarting, my computer was then responsive.

However, using Spotify Webplayer is quite annoying compared to the Desktop App UI.

I downloaded the Desktop App once again to give Spotify another chance but then again, after logging into my user my computer because unresponsive.

Again, uninstalling the desktop app, my computer works again.

Is this a large Issue and when can it be resolved please? I always listent to music while I work and as I mentioned, the Web Player UI is quite annoying compared to the Desktop App.
