My Question or Issue

I want to upload two instrumentals from my Local Source. I have read this post

https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/Why-can-t-I-play-Local-Files/ta-p/646860 which tells me that in "My Library" in the left sidebar I can choose Local Source. There is no such link. Now what do I do? Thank you!!!

This is what I am supposed to see.

Open Settings, scroll down to Local Files, and click the Show Local Files slider.

It will activate, the Local Files menu item will appear in Your Library.

Then add the location of your local files using the Add a Source button.
